The first impression was quite positive: The contact was quick, an on-site appointment was scheduled promptly for early March, and two employees took the time to thoroughly discuss our project with us. One took notes, while the other seemed professionally competent in the area of plants. Although we would have liked a bit more exchange and input from the company during the on-site conversation, overall the meeting was okay and promising. We were assured that we would receive an offer in about three weeks, including another on-site meeting. Shortly after, we even received a call informing us that the processing would be delayed due to illness, which we interpreted as a positive sign of commitment. Unfortunately, that was the last reliable communication. Weeks and eventually months went by without further news. When we inquired in mid-June, we were told that the responsible colleague would get in touch, but nothing has happened to this day! In the meantime, many months have passed without us receiving an offer or a rejection. Our conclusion: Even though we understand that some projects may be too extensive for smaller companies, a clear rejection or at least transparent communication would have been the least expected. Thus, the initially professional impression unfortunately does not feel authentic in hindsight. We would have wished for a respectful interaction, instead, we were left in the dark as potential customers.

So much money for so much trouble.... Never Never Never Never Never Again! Our project was 5 years ago now, but when I read the positive reviews here, I can't understand it AT ALL. Unprofessional, unreliable, late, leaving trash and dirt everywhere... We were so angry that we just wished it would finally end.

We had a hedge planted by the company Geuss. The employees are very friendly, very competent (patiently explained the proper care for the hedge) and very dedicated (came after hours to water the hedge again and ensure everything was in order). The work was carried out promptly and quickly. The quality of the plants and the topsoil is extremely high. We will hire the company again.

The first contact with the company Geuss was in early June 2022. The subject of the order was the new installation of a 22 m long embankment slope. The first accepted offer came on 11.07.22. On 20.07. we then received the order confirmation with a request for a 50% down payment. The work finally began after over 20 weeks of waiting on 28.11. The final price was 11% above the offer. The reason was a miscalculation of the excavated material. 0.5 cbm was assumed, but it turned out to be 3.0 cbm, which is 5 times as much.
