The theater is beautifully designed. It connects old and new times. The stage can rotate and raise and lower. The seats in the tiers are foldable. The biggest downside in this theater is that in tier 3, the view of the stage is limited. You can hardly see the stage set.

In my opinion, the most beautiful performance venue in Regensburg. It's spacious, has various rooms, and offers a selection of drinks and small snacks. I feel very comfortable here :)

The performances are consistently excellent. The actors and musicians know their craft. Unfortunately, it ruins the fun when you encounter the extremely unfriendly entrance staff. Always grumpy, always unfriendly & always in a bad mood. I would much prefer a self-scanning machine with a barrier for entrance control.

All in all, Theater Regensburg offers a high-quality cultural experience that delights both regular visitors and newcomers. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates first-class theater.
